The winery is located in one of his vineyards, in the Monte Redondo estate. Luis Ángel Casado, the owner of this winery, belongs to a family that has spent four generations producing wine from their own their vineyards, some of which are up to 90 years old. In its vineyards, we can find different varietals:, 85% is comprised of the tempranillo variety, 10% viura, 2% graciano, 2% mazuelo and 1% garnacha, meant for young, crianza and reserve wines.
